Spring Training: March 6 - May 27

When: Tuesdays & Thursdays from 6 pm to 7 pm

Saturdays 12:45 pm to 1:45 pm

Speed Development

Every athlete wants to be faster. Whether you play football, run track or play any other sport, coaches will always look for athletes who can accelerate quickly, stop & cut on a dime & be able to hit top end speed. At Tier1, we improve the athlete's speed by teaching them sprint mechanics, posture, stability & agility angles within the demands of the athletes sport. We pride ourselves in telling the athletes why we do what we do & how the workouts & drills will help improve their performances. Speed & acceleration can only be improved as the athletes mechanics become more optimal.

Summer Training: June 5 - August 5

Registration Opens: on May 1

When: Tuesdays & Thursdays from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm

Saturdays 9:45 am to 10:45 am

Location: Scoggins MS, McKinney Tx

Every athlete that comes through our program is taken through a pre-test to measure where their current speed & power levels are at & these metrics are tracked throughout the training weeks to show progress of improvements & then tested at the end of the 12 weeks to see how much they have improved in their speed & power levels. 

Speed Development is for ages 9-11 and 12-18 year olds. Groups are limited in size to assure quality coaching and that each athlete will receive personalized training that will get them results.
