Every athlete wants to be faster. Whether you play football, run track, or any other sport, coaches will always look for athletes who can accelerate quickly, stop & cut on a dime & be able to hit top-end speed. At Tier1, we improve the athlete's speed by teaching them sprint mechanics, posture, stability & agility angles within the demands of the athletes' sport. We pride ourselves in telling the athletes why we do what we do & how the workouts & drills will help improve their performances. Speed & acceleration can only be enhanced as the athletes' mechanics become more optimal.
Winter Training: December 5 - February 23
When: Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays from 5:15 pm to 6:15 pm
Location: Scoggins, MS, McKinney Tx
Every athlete that comes through our program is taken through a pre-test to measure where their current speed & power levels & these metrics are tracked throughout the training weeks to show the progress of improvements & then tested at the end of the 12 weeks to see how much they have improved in their speed & power levels.
Speed Development is for ages 9-11 and 12-18 year-olds. Groups are limited in size to ensure quality coaching and that each athlete will receive personalized training that will get them results.
