Tier1Athlete (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a youth speed and hurdle training program and the website at tier1athlete.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you register a child for training, join a waitlist, or contact us, we collect information you provide, including the parent/guardian’s name, email address, and mobile phone number; the athlete’s name, date of birth, grade, school, and sport; and program and season selections. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card number.
How we use your information
We use your information to process registrations and payments, manage installment billing, send registration confirmations and account or billing notifications (including reminders when a payment does not process), respond to your questions, and share occasional training schedule updates for the season your athlete is enrolled in.
Mobile information & text messaging
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. If you opt in to text messages, your mobile information is used solely by Tier1Athlete to send you the account, billing, and schedule messages you consented to. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us operate — such as Stripe for payment processing, Twilio for text messaging, and Resend for email — and only as needed to provide our services. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share mobile opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing.
Data retention & security
We retain registration and billing records to run the program and meet legal and accounting obligations, and we take reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You may reply STOP to any text to opt out of SMS, or HELP for help. To request access to or deletion of your information, or with any privacy question, contact us using the details below.
