Tier 1 Athlete
Weekly Hurdle Camps
This camp is for track athletes who are wanting help in the hurdles and wanting to improve their rhythm, hurdle form, strength and speed. During the camp, athletes will work on hurdle drills, hurdle mechanics, acceleration to first hurdle, 3 step rhythm, max-velocity and plyometrics.

Topics will include:

  • Improving hurdle rhythm
  • Proper way to implement plyometrics
  • Proper hurdle mechanics
  • How to effectively accelerate and the mechanics of acceleration to the first hurdle
  • The importance of muscle stiffness and the role it plays in sprinting/hurdling
  • Improving the cut step

These camps will be jam-packed with amazing and outstanding information that will take your hurdle talents and abilities to the next level, which will be systematically built upon each single week. Will share the secrets and successes that top college coaches and pro's utilize on a consistent basis.

What To Bring:  Water Bottle, Proper Workout Clothes, Track Spikes


Additional Information: 
No refunds will be given and all purchases of sessions are final. If a camper misses a session in the week they they can make it up by attending any other session offered during the month. Sessions can not be made up past the month in which was paid for and there will be no credit given for future month payments of sessions purchasing.
 
*If inclement weather Coach Wickard has the ability to cancel that session for the concern and safety of campers and that session will be rescheduled for a future day.  Campers will be notified by phone if there is inclement weather and session is being cancelled.

Weekly Speed Camps for all Athletes
This camp is for track athletes who are wanting help in getting faster and improving their acceleration and overall sprinting capabilities. During the camp, athletes will work on sprint drills, sprint mechanics, acceleration, block starts, max-velocity and plyometrics.

Topics will include:

  • Improving Top End Speed
  • Proper way to implement plyometrics
  • Proper mechanics for sprinting
  • How to effectivly accelerate and the mechanics of acceleration
  • The importance of muscle stiffness and the role it plays in sprinting

These camps will be jammed packed with amazing and outstanding information that will take your athletic talents and abilities to the next level, which will be systematically built upon each single week. A lot of the things covered are the secrets and success that top college coaches and pro's utilize on a consistent basis to sprint fast.
